I just had my latte at Starbucks in Raffles City just now. I must say i'm a tad disappointed.
I used to get my latte every morning before work and every evening after work from another Starbucks outlet. But i decided to get one from Raffles City today.
As you can tell, i'm a coffee-person.

I was disappointed in the service at Raffles City just now, because of a couple of reasons. The place was not so crowded, there were places to sit. However, the tables weren't cleared ! So there were people sitting on the couches, but holding their cup of coffee, just because the tables weren't cleared !

It's disappointing to see such service from my favorite coffee-maker.

Besides that, i would normally receive a friendly smile and a cheerful voice behind the counter taking my order. This time was a little less different, though i shan't be making a fuss over it because who knows? the girl might have had a bad day. :)

My coffee wasn't well done either. A little bitter.

My overall conclusion is... i better stick to my usual starbucks outlet. .. at least until Raffles City gets its act together. :)
