It is pretty hassle-free and cheap to print namecards here. Much can be improved about the service though.
After many back and forth emails about how my image is not in the right colour mode, after me changing it several times, they finally provided me with a screenshot about what they meant.
It was such a duh moment, they could have provided me with a screenshot right from the start, I bet it's a common occurrence especially when most people design in RGB rather than CMYK.
So anyhow that got settled, and they told me I could collect it on 1 Sept but they will call me when it was ready.
1 September came and went, with no calls.
So I emailed them to ask about my order, only then did they reply to tell me that my order was ready.
When businesses promise a service or a product, make damn sure they deliver it, or it'll just reflect really badly on their image.
But I've got to admit, it's cheap and the quality's pretty okay for its price.

ladyironchef finally got his namecard!! Namecards are important, first they tell others your name, and then they also make them remember your contact number. Its a hassle to liase or socialise with people if you don't have one.
Encountering the problem at Yebber first anniversary party at MINT, and at the Social Media Breakfast where LIC got to meet many people but didn't have any namecard to exchange with.
LIC got a friend to design his namecard, the layout is simple and nice (i hope), styled in black background at the front and white background at the back.
And the rest is easy, bringing down the template in thumbdrive saved as the format required. There was two lady when LIC went to Tommy Print. One was cold and had few words, while the other was friendly and helpful.
They guided me to choosing the different things required for my namecard, and it was not much of a problem. I choose the cheapest, but very nice Gloss/Matte Lamination.
As this is my first time printing my own namecards, i chose 200 pieces at $24, instead of the otherwise more worth-it 300 pieces at $30. Its suppose to take them 4-5 working days to print, but i got the call from them on the 3rd day. So i guess they are quite efficient.
The results of the namecard are nice, better than what i expected really. And at $24 for two box, its really very cheap and affordable for anyone and everyone to own their own namecards.
Meet me at the next Yebber outing, i'll pass you one of mine : )

I had to disagree with Claud. The Service i got was horrible. The lady that served me could not really speak proper English and I would least expect them to know a little bit more on printing to advise me more. However, it is more a "tell-me-what-u-want" attitude.
If the delivery was on time, if the quality was better, if the delivered goods was as what was agreed, I will surely recommend all.
Till then, shelving this to the back of my head, and heading back to my original printer!

Ya, there were 2 ladies when I went. As I'd said, one is cold, the other was better. Perhaps she's the boss? Hmmm

Good service. But not so good product.
I chanced upon this printer while shopping at Funan. (I rarely go there you see) The thing that attracted me was their photo book. I'd always wanted to make a professional looking book of photos. (almost similar to coffee table book you see at weddings)
The pricing was pretty steep for the photo book, so I've yet tried getting one. But beside this product, they do namecard printing too. At just $24 for 2 boxes and $30 for 3 boxes, I thought it was quite a good deal (since the last time I printed cost me $35 for 3 boxes). So I went back another day to print my personal namecards.
There were 2 ladies at the counter when I was there. One was quite friendly while the other was quite cold. There were a few people there wanting to get their stuff printed, and all were waiting for the friendly lady to serve them. The other cold one was busy doing her own things behind the counter.
I was supposed to collect my namecard on a Monday as I sent it for print on Tuesday evening. (Usually they take 4 working days to print namecards) But as I had something on Friday, I called them up on Friday to check if my cards were ready. I was very happy to be able to get it earlier than expected.
So I went to collect my cards on Friday, but didn't check the cards properly before I left. When I reached home, I realised that the cards were dirty! It looks like the blade used to cut the cards were not cleaned, and it left ugly and sticky marks on the sides of my cards. About half of the box was damaged. (Pls view photo attached with this review)
Perhaps I'm just one of those unlucky customers who got dirtied namecards. Next time I must check all the cards before I leave the place.
