7 Jan 2015 (wed) I had an exclusive lunch with Mr Nicholas Heng, the man who brought Yoogane to Singapore. It was a privilege to have him and his team welcoming my friends and I.
I had the chance to peep into the kitchen, it was all very well-organised and clean.
While waiting for the staff to get ready, drinks were served.
Signature dish : Seafood Chicken GalbiNo oil is added, chicken simmers and cooked with oil from the chicken, cooked right in front of me as I watch them adding various ingredients in this huge pot of yummies. Lastly, Ramyeon noodles and Sticky Noodles added.
