This is the stall that I have been getting my old style, everyday-type of dessert since school days. They used to enjoy long queues for their ingredient-rich dessert.

Fast forward to now, they still have loyal supporters like me. Now the queue is normally at best 2 to 4 persons. Maybe the price, competition or the change in lifestyle of Singaporeans have caused this drop in business. To me, their Chendol is still make me crave.

Chendol ($2.50 per bowl)
Chendol (the green color strips) are fragrant unlike many places. The Red Bean is smooth in texture, the Gula Melaka is sweet and robust and the sweet smell of Coconut Milk. all these mixed with the right portion of Shaved Ice to blend into a heavenly bowl of slightly too sweet Chendol, the taste it should be. Health conscious folks will likely find this too sweet for them.
