I booked my flights to London last November and well it went well. The prices for Royal Brunei Airlines were in fact cheaper than those quoted by Pricebreaker and other agencies. Have always sued their website to check out the latest prices of tickets and packages as their pricing is rather reasonable.

I happen to have the opposite experience. When I try to contact them via phone in March 2008 to enquire some taiwan land package since they provide one of the cheapest budget tour, the staff is not very friendly.
When i ask possibility to extend additional night in the same taipei hotel as in the first night, the reply i got is that since this is a budget land tour, there is no guarantee that I am able to extend the last night in Taipei and I have to accept whatever hotel that they book. And they have suggested that we take up whatever that is offer in the package and book our own hotel for the last night instead. And even if they manage to book the extension in Taipei, I will have to make my own arrangement to travel from Hualien to Taipei.
Compared to Plant Travel which I finally book the land tour with, they assure us that extension in Taipei is possible and it is with the same hotel which we stay in the first night.
If that staff happen to be in a bad mood, i think it will cause a bomb to the company from the business it has turn away.

I chanced upon this agency's website many years ago and they have evolved even better now. And I like the part where they have a pretty good network of airlines.
I went to Tokyo 3 years back, F&E. From the air ticket to the accomodation, to the bullet train, we had to do it ourselves. And this is when I first paid-use their service. I went down to their office in Chinatown as I couldn't decide on the flight route. They patiently served me, from checking out a SG-Bangkok-Tokyo flight and bangkok hotel (Thai airways) to a SG-transit-Tokyo flight (all kind of airlines). Eventually, they scrap out the Free-2-nights-HK promotion of Cathay pacific and I got a pretty cheap SG-Tokyo(transit HK) ticket. They also can process the application for the Japan Rail Pass.
On other trips, I usually use their website as a guage of the available promotions and prices of the different airlines, although I haven't got a chance to make use of their service for F&E trips again.
