I cant believe I actually fell into their trap too, and looking at these reviews, they actually happened since so long ago. I walked by the corridor and was offered the sample and the student rate facial. I did once and after that session, she immediately started hard selling and no matter how much I refused, she just went on and write on her accounts book asking me to sign on a package for 10 sessions. I said that I will be leaving for overseas soon and she still forced me to sign a 3 times treatment. I didn't want to pay the full amount and hence I paid an $150 deposit. A few days later, I decided that I did not want the service and called back to ask for a refund. However, they say that it would be very troublesome if I want a refund and it would have to go through a lot of procedures to get my refund done and they offered to change my $150 into 1session (which originally cost ~$98) and a $50 ampoule. I agreed to that. However, when I went to the shop again, they changed their words and say that I would have for fork out an extra $30 to do a BASIC facial or I could change to their product which costs $188.90 too. What kind of GOLD moisturiser (just a small jar) would cost $180
I did not pay and walked out of the shop. Should I just forfeit my $150?
Lesson learnt.

Their workers will leave acne scars on your face. They will refuse to compensate as well and keep procrastinating by saying wait a few more days. They are friendly to their customers but that does not make up for their lack of skill and customer service. I asked to speak to their manager but they kept refusing as well. With such a bad customer service I doubt they'll make it in the long run after their $39 dollar promotion gimmick is over. Still waiting for them to wise up and just put me through to their manager. Service terrible. Treatment terrible. Staff friendly during treatment.
And during treatment they will try to sell you this weird serum which you can't find on google. And it is a pricey serum for something so useless. In the beginning of the treatment they will also leave a mist machine on your face for half and hour until you start breathing in water. You're not supposed to leave it on for that long. I hope they receive proper training and i get proper compensation.

I was quite ok with their service until they keep pressurizing me to purchase their package (after the facial session). Find all ways to make me pay...even suggest paying a $10 deposit even though I keep saying I need to consider. After I refused to pay anything, the manager change face quickly and didn't even help me open the door. Never want to go back again as facial is suppose to be destressing not stressful experience. Who knows what they force me to pay next when you go back for facial...Continue like this...you will lose all your customers and you can close down!
