very satisfied with the service. staffs are friendly and have initiative. but food and price wise, a big no-no. was disappointed the first time i ate it but due to the amazingly good raves i have heard again and again, my and my work mates decided to give it a second chance. our opinions from the first has not changed. we all agree that service is good, food is lousy and expensive. i guess for a coffee shop location it's considered pricey. would not recommend. would rather go to a decent restaurant like outback steakhouse. pricey but better.
