I just want to tell the incident that happened to me while i do shopping inside carrefour on th 29 january 2008. This is not my first visit usually I found carrefour is a very safe place for me to buy groceries. At that day was a very unlucky for me while i busy looking for the things I need, suddendly I found my handbag was stolen from me inside the store. One thing I don't understand the store have a cctv there but I think theres nobody guard the monitor if there is someone monitoring I think this shouldn't happenned to me, they will aware before the thieves left the store. I hope this incident not happened again in the future, customer will not feel safe to go there anymore. For me personelly very dissapointed. Install more cctv to every area not the certain part only. this can happened to me thats mean can happened to somebody else. I really lost quite alot and my new pda phone a gift from my husband means alot to me was also inside my bag. CNY just a week a way from now I don't have this feeling to prepare anymore. Ruin everything, gone.

Did you leave your bag unattended? Its dangerous to do that. Do agree w PB, its a standalone case. And we shld take care of our own belongings. Did u report to the secruity? Wat did they do?
