    Hi All, Glad that found this forum, and I will like to join the force to sue this True Spa.

    I'm a victim since joined 2007. At 1st, my ex-beauticial Yuki called me that there was a free trial of body spa and invited me to come to try, with no obligation of purchase. At 1st, I have rejected her, but her persistent and due to good well of her past service to me, so I went for the free trial. And who know after that trial, it was my start of nightmare and causing big pocket holes and large installment loan till now.

    After that free trial, a consultant Marilyn kept pushing her sales tactic to me and I had bought $1780 package. This package limited to 10 LPG, 10 full body massage, 10 body polish and 20 hydrobath.

    And as I went for my 2nd appointment in 3rd Aug 07, Yuki pushed her hard sales. She kept presisted me to upgrade my values so that I can utilised any services at the member price and complimentary of VIP room usage. And through the temptation, I had upgraded my values to $5637.

    And at my 3rd visit on 10th Nov 07, again she pushed her sale tactic. She commented my face condition was very worst and she recommended this 3D Beauty Package which was offering at the True Spa Clinic. I had voiced out my concern on my face was on the scar, acnes and skin smoothness, and she said that the 3D Beauty Package was most suitable to solve my skin problem. And so I signed up the package which costed $3614.46 which inclusive of $50 membership fee and 7% GST.

    On my 1st visit to the Clinic, the doctor had viewed my skin and commented that 3D Beauty Package was not suitable for my skin and my age, as this Package was mainly for firming purpose. And he had recommended another custom package for my skin condition in which this custom package leave me a balance of $500 from the 3D Package. And there was no refundment of this $500. This made me boiled at that time as I had felt cheated by Yuki because of sales she was being unprofessionally decepted the customer to purchase product without concerning the true essential package for the customer. Also, in the Clinic, they will asked you to sign an agreement that they will not be responsible for any skin redness or rashes after the treatment. Therefore, with this I immediately withdraw to use this 3D Beauty Package or the custom package.

    I returned to the Spa and requested the management that I will like to terminate this package. But it was unsuccessful. At the point of signing the contract, they don't even ever mentioned that "no termination is allowed" to us! I felt so cheated and losted my trust in this True Spa. I even call the credit card centre requested them to terminate the transaction but it still no use. I even wrote and went to CASE on Nov 07 to complaint my issue but they also cannot help!

    This issue has been dragged for 4 months as the True Spa Managers Jordan and Sharon were not very responsive. And in the end, I have no choice but to requested to transfer this balance Beauty value, which doesn't include the membership $50 money to the Spa massage value. And here till to date since 2007, I still have value of 8200 yet to use. Is there a way to get back this money since it is untouch?

    And their service is really like ****, except those massager aunties. Beside no one picking up the phone and always fully book, even when you are on the time there for appointment, they will give you seating there waiting. Also, the complimentary VIP room, till date I have not yet even try it before.

    Also, the managers seems always gone Missing. Due to my high value, I have requested for spa vouchers which is deducted from my current value, so that I can distributed to my relatives for use. Jordan has promissed to prepare and send to me. And i have made appointment with him at least 5 times to collect when I was there for my appointment. But since 2008 till now, he has gone missing whenever I'm there. And when I asked the reception, none of them know that I'm there to collect the vouchers even since I already made the appointment with him. This is not just one time but so many times that it is untolerable for a customer service like this.

    Really hope some Justice on this deceiving Spa. With the money being wasted and lesson really learnt. As a victim, do include me to join force together to take back our hard earn!

      Im member in True spa and find it very very difficult to book an appointment.

      I find it ridiculous we need to take an appointment two weeks before.

      And even in this case I find that example I had made a booking with my consultant on Sunday that too two weeks ahead I will be called on Tuesday of the week of appointment and told to confirm my appointment on Thursday. If I say my appointment is on Sunday and not on Thursday they would say they can only give on Thursday and not on Sunday and make me cancel the booking.

      I am now trying from almost January start to make a booking and I am still cannot make it

      I thought I am alone but seeing the news in Yahoo I feel True Spa is cheating their customers and sure it needs to be taken up to court.

        bad experience with True Spa. think carefully before signing any agreement with them. my sister and i have been a member since 2007 and still receiving bad customer service..........................................

          wow..tat's scary! i have signed with them since 2008 for facial treatment but till now have not started my package yet. Only realise the bad service from the newspaper.
