I have tried this fried kuay Tiao before. I had it during my lunch time and the queue is super duper long. Lunchtime is the only chance I can have it because I don't think they are open at night or sundays. Its super cheap $2. Not sure the price got increase anot. But definitely not filling. The portion is quite small. Of course you can order a bigger portion. But in the Char Kuay Tiao, they added lots of "zhu you zhai". For those who love Char Kuay Tiao with lots of the "zhu you Zhai" can give it a try. As the waiting time, is super duper long so if you are super determine to try it you must be willing to wait. The stall is located right at the end of a stretch of stalls. So it will not be difficult to search.

Seem like most yebber give good comment, but not me.

You can said i a picky guy, even though the queue is fast, the price is reasonable but taste wise is average only, if not why they sell it soo low at $2.50. And farther more, they put too much garlic in it, it felt like i eating a plate of garlic... There are better Fried Kway Teow Mee found around Chinatown area, for example Smith Street Food complex or Blk 34 Upper Cross Street, S11.

My Favourite Place: 1st will be Hill Street Fried Kway Teow Blk 16, Bedok South Road, #01-187, 2nd is Ghim Moh Hawker Centre, 3rd will be Hai Kee Teochew Char Kway Teow, Blk 40A Commonwealth Ave.

Normally i go down to hong lim market & food centre, i go eat curry chicken mee, curry puff, chicken cutlet mee (my favourite)

I waited for a plate of Kuay Teow Mee for about 20 minutes and $2 got me a reasonably sized plate with about 5-6 pieces of cockles. I found this version a refreshing change from the usual heavy ones you get outside. The taste was more subtle and I didn't get nauseous from eating too much of it.

Can give it a try but be prepared for a long wait.
